Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and guarantees work across our services. We believe in fairness and complete transparency — for both the employers who partner with us and the candidates we support.

For employers — our partnership promise

Our recruitment placements are built on a simple, transparent model. Rather than offering cash refunds on placement fees, our partnership is protected by a replacement guarantee, so you are never left without the talent you hired us to find.

No percentage fees

One fair, fixed price — regardless of salary level.

No hidden costs

Complete transparency from instruction to placement.

8–12 week guarantee

Replacement search included at no extra charge.

If a candidate we place leaves or is found unsuitable within the guarantee period set out in your engagement (typically 8–12 weeks), we will carry out a replacement search at no additional charge. The guarantee applies where the agreed fee has been paid in full and the terms of the engagement have been met. To activate it, simply notify us in writing within the guarantee period and we will begin the replacement search promptly.

For our candidate services (such as CV reviewing, salary negotiation coaching, interview coaching and packages), the following applies:

How to request a refund

To request a refund or activate the placement guarantee, please email info@silentrecruits.com with your details and a short explanation. We aim to respond within five working days.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
